Senior Sales Manager France (Location: Dublin, Ireland) The Atlanco Rimec Group, an international human resource solution company with 16 offices throughout 9 European countries are leading specialists in the provision of managed groups of skilled and unskilled labour to large blue chip clients throughout Europe within the Civil Engineering & Construction, Mechanical & Electrical and Broad Industrial sectors. We currently have a vacancy for an experienced sales manager with fluent French. This person will have knowledge of the construction and/or mechanical & electrical industries and will work to generate and drive new business throughout our French market. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a long-term career with an expanding organisation, which has an established reputation for delivering results.
* Achieving challenging sales targets in line with the business strategy
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities. This will include establishing contact with new customers, promoting the company's offers and negotiating and closing business contracts
* Maintaining and developing strong client relationships
* Work as part of a team and the ability provide advice, guidance and support to other team members
* Fluent spoken and written French and English essential
* 3 - 4 years proven sales and business development experience at a senior level
* Ability to complete the full range of sales activities, from cold calling and presenting to negotiating and closing contracts
* Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
* Commercial awareness
