Activités principales :
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Développement du site industriel de production de Cork, il ou elle devra : etbull; Etre responsable du développement des nouveaux emballages, soit :
- Mettre en oeuvre le brief marketing pour le développement de nouveaux produits,
- Etudier la faisabilité industrielle,
- Analyser les risques,
- Proposer diverses solutions techniques,
- Gérer les relations avec les différents fournisseurs
etbull; Garantir l'homologation de l'emballage
etbull; Coordonner l'information entre les différents services du site : la production, la qualité, la logistique etc.
etbull; Participez à l'amélioration continue des emballages.
De nombreux déplacements sont à prévoir.
Job Purpose: To guarantee the development of new finished product packaging for the Cork site. Job Description: Responsible for the development of the new finished product packaging for the Cork site including the following:. Interpreting the marketing brief for new product development. Studying industrial feasibility. Carrying out risk analysis. Proposing various technical solutions. Liaising with external packaging suppliersGuarantee the validation of the packagingGuarantee the transfer of information to services on site Production, Quality, Logistics etc.Participate in the continuous improvement of packaging articles.Travel will be a requirement of this position.
Profil :
Connaissances et compétences requises De formation supérieure, type école dingénieur, vous justifiez dune expérience similaire réussie de 5 ans minimum dans un milieu industriel. La connaissance des process demballages est un plus.Votre tempérament de manager ainsi que vos talents de communicant sont démontrés. Vous savez organiser votre travail, vous apprenez vite et vous êtes source dinitiatives. Un bon niveau de français est requis puisquune période de formation en France est prévue pour ce poste. Votre anglais est courant. Conditions demploi : contrat de travail régit par le droit irlandais Lieu : basé à Cork en Irlande (UK)
Candidate Qualification/Skills:
Technical Qualifications to Degree level or Equivalent.Good knowledge of French a requirement as a training period in France will be necessary.Strong experience in a similar Industrial Development roleExperience of Product Packaging processes an advantage.Strong Teamleading,communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent Organisational SkillsAbility to learn quickly and to work on own initiativeFluent English
