Salary: 1 200 Singapore Dollars (SGD) per month
Internship scope / Main assignments:
In a challenging and exciting environment our trainee will fully work as a Management and Recruitment consultant under the supervision of an experienced consultant and/or the MD of Timeo-Performance.
He/She will also contribute to Timeo-Performance marketing initiatives and business development actions. The scope of work and the responsibility given to the trainee will depend on both the assignments with our clients during the period as well as on the trainee's maturity, passion and involvement.
Among the expected areas of work:
Consulting, Management and HR strategy:
Assistance to the roll-out and development of an HR Information System in the Asean Region for one of our clients (major international company) now in use in 16 ASEAN countries. Scope will cover change management, functional requirement definition for new HR modules, testing, project management, creation of HR steering reports etc.
Participation to HR Strategic studies on the Region
Contribution to Management consulting operations (Management trainings, HR audits)
Recruitment/Head-Hunting : participation to Recruitment & Head-Hunding projects (candidates search, selection, interviews etc).
Business Development: participation to BD actions to promote Timeo-Performance services and expertise (marketing operations, sales, participation to forums etc.)
Knowledge Management: contribution to the formalization of our expertise / know-how
Skills / Attitude and behaviors:
Fluent in both English and French (with excellent writing skills)
Strong interest for Management and HR challenges
Hard-worker, rigorous / high attention to details, and ability to handle many projects simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills (many interactions expected) and ability to adapt (flexible, ability to integrate easily in an international context)
Entrepreneurship spirit (pro-activity, autonomy, creativity, resilience)
Educational background:
Business/Management School or University- last year internship would be appreciated
Major in Human Resources and/or Organization/IS
