Our Ottawa Government and Professional branch works primarily with the government and technical staffing. We have a small team with a friendly and outgoing environment.
This internship is an excellent opportunity for any students interested in working in a Human Resources environment.
You will be working on a basis of 37.5 hours per week. Please note that this internship is unpaid. We are looking for students to start July 2012 till December 2012
Your tasks will include but not limited to:
- Resume Research
- Client and candidate relationship
- Recruiting for various levels of opportunities from General Labour to Engineering
- Selection of candidates
- Marketing to candidates and clients
- Job Fairs and open houses
- E-Marketing
- Headhunting
- Opportunity to participate in large recruiting projects.
